With the ticket system in BabtecQube, you can easily submit a support request online in any browser and keep an eye on the processing at all times.

In BabtecQube, you can conveniently manage active and completed requests and organize them using your own tags. The decision to close a request is entirely up to you: if you are not satisfied with the response or solution to your request, simply put the ticket back into processing. You can use the integrated evaluation function to give us feedback on your satisfaction after processing.
