Together Strong: Babtec Celebrates Come Together 2025
For our Come Together in September, colleagues from all Babtec locations once again made their way to Wuppertal. Around 150 participants from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain accepted the invitation to spend an eventful day together and strengthen their team spirit.
This time, the event was held at the Alte Glaserei (Old Glassworks), close to Wuppertal's Nordbahntrasse. With its unique industrial backdrop, this location not only provided a particularly special atmosphere, but also offered a great deal of space for both interaction and joint activities.
The main item on the agenda for our Come Together this year was a varied team challenge that required a combination of knowledge, skill, and, above all, cooperation. Whether it was the interactive quiz, XXL Jenga, the Mario Kart balloon hunt or lawn curling, each of the tasks that had to be completed provided entertainment, exciting challenges, and many moments of shared success.
After these eventful moments, the Babtec team met for a cozy evening in the Luisenviertel district to round off the day in a relaxed atmosphere. As the center of Wuppertal's pub culture, this location was the perfect place for striking up conversations, sharing impressions of the day, making new contacts and deepening existing ones.
“Our meanwhile legendary Come Together was a huge success again this year,” sums up Nadia Putzmann, event manager at Babtec. “Of course, the program and the delicious catering contributed to this. But it was above all our colleagues who turned the day into such a fantastic experience. You can tell that everyone is really keen to exchange ideas and interact with each other. Seeing that makes me really happy.”
